Q. Should I throw away the original box that the cartridge came in?

Please always try to send all cartridges back in their original packaging as it helps to protect them during shipping. If you do not have the original box, don't worry, Valley Christian Will see to it that is is safely packed for shipping.

Q. How much does Valley Christian School receive for the cartridges I donate? What cartridges does ECCO Recycle accept?

Q. My company has these cartridges laying all over the place.  Delivering the cartridges to Valley is challenging.  Can they be delivered directly to ECCO Recycles and credited to Valley Christian's account? 

Yes, ECCO Recycles makes it easy for you to participate in this program. Visit ECCO Recycles online and you will be able to order the supplies necessary to support this program through your workplace. ECCO will provide all shipping cartons and return envelopes will be bar coded so that Valley Christian School will receive credit for the cartridges. When you sign up your company please provide the following information for Valley Christian School. 
 

Q.  How does this work through my employer?

Free laser and inkjet postage-paid collection boxes are sent to you (your company) via UPS or mail. When the collection box is full, just give to any UPS driver for return to us. Postage-paid inkjet boxes and bags can be directly mailed.

Q. Will my company receive a receipt for the cartridges that are sent in?

Yes, ECCO Recycles provides a printout of the cores that were  received and the amount paid for each.
