Registration and Activities/Materials Fee (Per Student)

This non-refundable fee (due by March 15, 2008) must accompany registration/enrollment forms.

Please make checks payable to “Valley Christian School”. This fee will not be collected via Smart Tuition service. Smart Tuition payment services will begin with the first tuition payment due on August 1st.

NOTE: This one-time, per-student fee covers registration, instructional materials (including periodicals), all Field Trips (including Field Day fee, lunch and T-shirt), technology fees, and one (1) VCS Year Book per family.

Activities not included in this fee: 6th grade graduation trip, enrichment clubs, Reading Olympics, spelling and geography bees, hot lunch, breakfast club and before/after school care.

Please register as soon as possible to reserve a place for your child(ren) for the 2008-09 school year.

Tuition

     

Tuition is considered an annual cost. You may pay it in 10 equal installments with the first payment due August 1st, 2008 continuing monthly through May 1st, 2009.

Yearly tuition paid in full (before Sep 15, 2008) will receive a 5% discount.

Smart Tuition

This school year, VCS is continuing to partner with Smart Tuition http://www.smarttuition.com/ to collect and manage tuition payment administration. Enrollment in this program is mandatory for all families. This effort will streamline your payments and provide convenience as you authorize your bank (or credit card company) to automatically transfer funds to Smart on the installment payment dates.

$$$ Incentive for families paying tuition by EFT method!

All families who enroll in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for their tuition payment will receive a $10 per month discount on their tuition payment (for a total savings of $100 for the school year). Please consider keeping our administrative costs down and improving monthly cash flow by opting to pay via EFT method!

Miscellaneous Fees

Smart Tuition Fee (Per Family) $35.00 (collected by Smart with first tuition payment in August)

A Late Fee of $15.00 owed to Valley Christian School is added to payments made after the 15th of the month.

Family Discount

First Child (one in the highest grade) pays the base rate applicable

Second Child receives a 15% discount.
Third Child receives a 30% discount.
Fourth Child receives a 50% discount.
